Sound Alchemy with Rohani Binti
29 October, 5 - 6pm
Within the quiet embrace of the Lismore Regional Gallery, Sound Alchemy meets visual art. You are invited to rest in stillness as layers of harmonic sound — crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and planetary tuning forks — ripple through your body, dissolving tension and easing the mind into a meditative state.Surrounded by Mark Maurangi Carrol's exhibition Islands not to scale, this immersive journey becomes a meeting place for sound and art, where both are felt in the body and beyond. It is an offering of intentional rest, gentle activation, nervous system nourishment, and deep listening — opening a pathway back to balance, clarity, deep inner rest and insight.
Sound baths are best experienced lying down. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, and blanket. Tickets are $10 - $15 and are limited.
Bookings are essential, book now.
About Rohani Binti
Rohani Binti is a Craniosacral Therapist, Sound Alchemist, Mother, and Artist whose work explores the meeting place of art, frequency, and the fluid body. Her practice is rooted in a fascination with how sound travels through the waters within us — from the tides of cerebrospinal fluid to the network of the fascia — influencing our sense of balance, vitality, and presence. Drawing from multiple influences, she works with planetary tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs as cosmic instruments of resonance and recalibration. Guided by both intuition and a deep reverence for the body’s innate wisdom, Rohani’s work is an invitation to listen deeply, attune to the body’s rhythms, and experience the transformative qualities of sound as living art.
