Archibald Prize 2024 opening night

Steve Krieg, Mayor of Lismore City Council, and Ashleigh Ralph, Director of Lismore Regional Gallery, have the pleasure of inviting you to the opening of the Archibald Prize 2024, an Art Gallery of New South Wales touring exhibition.

Join us to celebrate with special guests from the Art Gallery New South Wales and Packing Room Prize winner Matt Adnate. Enjoy a live performance by harpist Lake Kelly and violinist Kellie Murphy, a grazing table by Bernie Gooley, and drinks courtesy of Natural Order Wine. Food will also be available to purchase from our new gallery restaurant, take care.

Tickets are $50.00 per person and include the exhibition entry fee and two drink tickets.

The annual Archibald Prize is eagerly anticipated by artists and audiences alike across Australia. This year the Archibald Prize returns to Lismore Regional Gallery for the second time, sharing all 57 finalist works from the 2024 iteration at the Art Gallery of New South Wales in a major exhibition across three of our main galleries.

The Archibald Prize 2024 is on display from 5 July to 31 August 2025.
