Exhibition opening - ARTEXPRESS and Local Knowledge
6pm, Friday 21 February

Please join us for the opening and celebration of two new exhibitions, ARTEXPRESS and Local Knowledge

ARTEXPRESS 2025 presents a selection of outstanding bodies of work submitted for the 2024 HSC examination for Visual Arts by New South Wales students. The works on display in this exhibition use a wide variety of expressive approaches and media, underpinned by rich conceptual themes. This exhibition takes place in Galleries 2 and 3.

Local Knowledge by Tim Fry pays homage to the Northern Rivers, Bundjalung Country. The artist reflects on the double rainbow region, the plants, animals, places and sayings which define this microcosm of culture. This exhibition takes place in Gallery 5.

Bookings: Free, RSVP here.
Accessibility: The Gallery is wheelchair accessible. If you would like to discuss your access requirements please email linsey.gosper@lismore.nsw.gov.au or call 02 6627 4606.
