We believe in the benefits of accessible programming for everyone and regularly offer free, inclusive programs catering to diverse access needs.
These programs include Collage Club, Deaf-led Auslan exhibition tours, and our new program Noisy Hour.
On Friday afternoons from 2 – 4pm we have Low Sensory hours. During this time the lighting and sound are reduced (by approximately 25 %). This provides a more comfortable and accessible environment for individuals who may be sensitive to the sensory stimuli present in a typical gallery setting.
Our exhibition openings and most programs are Auslan-interpreted, and our priority is to ensure all our events are wheelchair accessible. Lismore Regional Gallery is wheelchair accessible, and there is an accessible toilet available.
