MCA HOLIDAY BREAK PROGRAM for Young People

HOLIDAY BREAK WORKSHOPS WITH MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORY ART

Whether you love to sketch, take snaps on your phone, or cut-and-paste poetry, you’re welcome to come along, expand your creative processes, build skills, and find new ways to express yourself. All materials are provided, and we’ll celebrate your work at the end with morning tea for friends and family.

The MCA (Sydney) is partnering with Lismore Regional Gallery to run a free multi-day creative art making workshop at Elevator ARI Gallery and The Quad in Lismore CBD.  Across 3 days from Wed 28 Sept, Thurs 29 Sept to Fri 30 Sept 2022, participants meet and work alongside practicing artists, unpack contemporary art, and play with the mediums and methods used in our programs.


*This is a free and inclusive program in a whelcheer accessible venue.
*Please let us know if you need an Auslan interpreter for this event.

About The Holiday Break Program
Where: Meet at Elevator ARI 3 Rural St Lismore 
When: Wed Sept 28: 9.30am ­­–3pm & Thurs Sept 29 9.30am–3pm & Fri Sept 30: 9.30am–12pm
*This program takes place over three days and attendance on all days is required. 
Cost: Free
Ages:14–18 yrs. Spots limited.
Access: Wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if an Auslan interpreter to access this program.
