Part workshop, part experiment, RestLab is a space to rest, dream and create together.
Guided by local artist-facilitators, participants are invited to slow down, connect through creativity, and explore what rest can look like in contemporary life. Through restorative movement, deep ecology, wordplay, and collaborative textile-making, the day offers an opportunity to engage with creativity from a rested and attentive place.
Rather than focusing on finished outcomes, RestLab emphasises process, curiosity and connection. Throughout the day, participants will contribute to making a collective Dream Banner using reclaimed textiles, with ideas, stories and reflections becoming part of a unique artwork for Lismore.
The day is divided into two sessions. Please arrive at the beginning of a session and stay for as long as you like.
A free event. Bookings appreciated. Book now.
