The Quad – a community gathering space for all
A centralised green space bordered by the Northern Rivers Conservatorium of Music, Lismore Library and the Lismore Regional Gallery, the ‘Quad’ is in the heart of the Lismore Arts Precinct.
Designed to encourage events that engage with public space in meaningful ways and to serve as a platform for community expression, the Quad is a multipurpose public space that functions as a meeting place, a children’s play space, and a creative hub.
With an approximate footprint of 2,400 sqm, the Quad can also be hired as a venue for community events, performances, and creative workshops, and as a site for art installations.
For events, access to the Lismore Regional Gallery toilet facilities is made available, and fold-out chairs, trestle tables, fire pits, sandwich boards, a Quad-branded marquee, and site power/water can be included in the hire fee.
