Archibald Prize 2024
4 July - 31 August

The annual Archibald Prize is eagerly anticipated by artists and audiences alike. Save the date, the Archibald Prize returns to Lismore Regional Gallery for the second time. Judged by the trustees of the Art Gallery of NSW, the prize is awarded to a notable portrait painting annually. Since 1921, it has highlighted figures from all walks of life, from famous faces to local heroes, reflecting back to us the stories of our times.

The 2024 Archibald Prize features works by Northern NSW artists Angus MacDonald, Ben Smith, and Matt Adnate.
