An immersive journey through sound, stillness and resonance.
Within the gallery’s quiet surrounds, you are invited to settle into stillness and experience the space through another sense: sound. Rohani will create a layered soundscape using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and planetary tuning forks, allowing waves of vibration to move through the space and be felt within the body.
Rather than simply listening, this is an invitation to receive sound. To soften, slow down and become curious about the subtle ways healing vibrations are experienced through the body. Sound and silence meet as you rest, creating space for the mind to settle, the senses to open, and the body to find its own rhythm.
Sound journeys are best experienced lying down. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported.
Tickets: $15, bookings essential. Book now.
About Rohani Binti
Binti is a Craniosacral Therapist, sound alchemist, mother and multidisciplinary artist whose work moves between the worlds of body, sound, frequency and visual art. Her practice is informed by a deep curiosity about the body as a sensing, fluid and responsive landscape, and the ways sound and vibration can invite us into a different relationship with ourselves.
Working with planetary tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, chimes and gongs, Rohani creates immersive sound experiences that encourage deep listening, rest and embodied awareness. Her work is less about seeking a particular outcome and more about creating the conditions to pause, listen and notice what is already moving within us. For Rohani, sound is both an artistic medium and a way of exploring the subtle relationship between vibration, perception and the living body.
