Jill White and John Witzig speak about the work of Max Dupain. There are few people better placed to speak about the work of Dupain than his long-term studio assistant, Jill White. White worked at the Dupain Photographic Studio for more than 25 years over a period between 1958 and 1992. Dupain's trust in White was such that after he died he bequeathed her his exhibition archive, which kept her busy with 25 major exhibitions of his work since his death - and three publications, as well has making her own photographic work. White has hand-printed the photographs in the exhibition. John Witzig is a photographer and designer for the small art publishing house, Chapter and Verse. He worked with White on three publications of works from the Dupain archive.
