Through the Heart...

Captured by award-winning photojournalist Jacklyn Wagner, this exhibition showcases photographs of survivors and the unimaginable aftermath of the historic February and March 2022 floods across Northern New South Wales. Composed of 100 images, Through the Heart... tenderly portrays the resilience of Lismore residents as they start to reconnect with their homes, neighbours and community.  

Exhibited in Lismore for the first time after a powerful debut at New South Wales Parliament House in November 2023, each photograph is accompanied by a personal quote from the subject.
