Uranus is a painting installation by Jitka Donnelly.

Jitka Donnelly appropriates from popular culture and cult movies to create portraits and still lifes that often appear subtly menacing and uncanny. Like the American painter Karen Kilimnik, the artist pursues a kind of bedroom-based art practice, filtering cinematic and televisual aesthetics through her unique painterly sensibilities.
